Agreement
By accessing Hit and Run Trading ("we", "us"), including the website, Morning and Nightly Reports, the private feed, and any educational material, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to subscribe.
Not investment advice
All content is published for educational and informational purposes. It is not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not consider your financial situation or objectives.
Trading stocks, options, and futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including any track record shown on this site, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Membership & billing
Memberships are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. We'll email you before any price change takes effect on your plan.
One membership covers one person. Sharing login credentials may result in suspension of access.
Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime from your account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
Because reports are delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, get in touch and we'll look at it fairly.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to read reports and use them for your own trading. All content, charts, and methods remain the property of Jeff Cooper and Hit and Run Trading.
You may not copy, resell, republish, or forward reports or feed posts, in whole or part, without written permission.
Square of 9 Wheel orders
Physical products ship to the address you provide. International buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes. Damaged or incorrect items reported within 14 days of delivery will be replaced.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
