Usage data: pages viewed, reports opened, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address.
How we use it
To deliver reports and the private feed, process payments, ship Square of 9 Wheel orders, answer support requests, and improve the service.
We send occasional product emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time; service emails (like billing notices) still go out.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No cross-site ad tracking.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run the business (hosting, email, payments, shipping) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We keep account data while your membership is active and for a limited period afterward for tax and legal records, then delete or anonymize it.
